Edgewise Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Edgewise Affiliate Program (“Program”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program operated by Edgewise CRE Ltd (“Edgewise”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By joining or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
1.2 Participation is open globally, except where prohibited by law.
1.3 Edgewise reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasoning.
2. Enrollment
2.1 To join, you must complete the online affiliate application form truthfully and completely.
2.2 Upon approval, you will receive your unique affiliate link and any promotional materials (“Affiliate Kit”).
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details, payment information, and tax documentation.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to promote Edgewise honestly, accurately, and in compliance with these Terms, applicable advertising laws, and data protection regulations (including GDPR and equivalent laws in your region).
3.2 You must:
Disclose clearly that you may receive commissions (“#ad” or “#affiliate”).
Avoid misleading or deceptive claims about Edgewise, its data (including CoStar data), or any forecasts or investment outcomes.
Use only approved Edgewise branding, assets, and links.
3.3 You must not:
Use spam, bulk emails, or misleading tactics.
Bid on Edgewise-branded keywords in paid advertising (Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
Promote Edgewise on websites containing adult, illegal, or discriminatory content.
Register or use domain names that include “Edgewise” or any confusingly similar terms.
3.4 Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of Edgewise.
4. Commission and Payments
4.1 Affiliates earn a recurring commission of 25–30% per paying subscriber referred through their unique link, for up to 12 months from the subscriber’s initial signup date.
4.2 Commissions are calculated based on net subscription revenue actually received by Edgewise (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction fees).
4.3 Payouts are made monthly, once your accrued commissions exceed the minimum threshold of £25 (or equivalent).
4.4 Payments are made via PayPal, Stripe, or other approved methods.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and for any transaction fees or taxes in your jurisdiction.
4.5 Edgewise reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions if:
Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referrals are detected.
Refunds or cancellations occur.
The affiliate violates these Terms.
5. Tracking and Attribution
5.1 Affiliate referrals are tracked via unique referral links and cookies.
5.2 Edgewise uses reasonable commercial efforts to ensure accurate tracking but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to user privacy settings, cookie blockers, or third-party limitations.
5.3 The last valid referral link before a customer’s purchase is credited with the commission.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Edgewise logos, trademarks, videos, copy, and data (including CoStar content) remain the exclusive property of Edgewise CRE Ltd or its licensors.
6.2 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting Edgewise under this Program.
6.3 You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Edgewise materials.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 You may have access to confidential information, including subscriber data, forecasts, or marketing plans.
7.2 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not disclose or use it outside of your participation in this Program.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice or email.
8.2 Upon termination:
You must immediately remove all Edgewise branding, links, and content.
Outstanding commissions (if above the payout threshold) will be paid in the next payment cycle.
No new commissions will accrue after termination.
8.3 Edgewise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation immediately for:
Breach of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity or reputational harm.
Misuse of data or intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Edgewise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or reputation) arising from this Program.
9.2 Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Edgewise provides the Program on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10.2 We make no guarantees regarding income, conversion rates, or the continued availability of the Program.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and relevant local equivalents.
11.2 You must not collect or share subscriber personal data unless expressly authorised.
12. Modifications
12.1 Edgewise may update or modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on this page.
12.2 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
