I’m Dr Victor Chukwuemeka, founder of Edgewise CRE. My background spans financial markets, economics, government advisory work and commercial real estate research.

I started my career in London’s financial sector, including foreign exchange trading, before moving deeper into economic analysis, forecasting and policy work.

Edgewise CRE was created for one simple reason: high-quality market intelligence should not be available only to institutions. Investors, landlords, developers and market watchers deserve clearer signals about what may be changing before prices fully react.

My work focuses on the link between macro events, capital flows, risk and commercial real estate pricing — the space I call the Blindside Window.
